About Partnerizer

The emotional foundation for true partnership in evolutionary organizations.

In a world where everyone has access to the same technologies, the real competitive advantage comes from how people feel in your company.

Partnerizer helps leaders and teams building Teal, Holacratic, and progressive organizations develop the one capacity that structural changes alone cannot deliver: genuine partnership.

Why We Exist

Creating healthy, self-managing organizations requires more than new roles, governance models, or decision-making frameworks. It requires people who can operate from a place of real partnership — and that depends on emotional maturity, self-awareness, and the ability to work skillfully with what is alive inside themselves and others.

We built Partnerizer to make this developmental work practical, precise, and scalable.

The Story Behind Partnerizer

Partnerizer grows out of nearly three decades of real-world experience at the intersection of IT leadership and human development.

Dariusz Klupi, founder of Adaptation.Works (Adaptacja), has led Agile transformations and complex IT initiatives at Credit Suisse, Swiss Re, ABB, HSBC in Hong Kong, and strategic Track&Trace programs for Philip Morris International. Along the way he noticed a consistent pattern:

Technical excellence and process discipline get you to the table.
Emotional competence and partnership capacity determine whether you thrive there — or burn out trying.

In 2020 Dariusz became the only licensed trainer in Poland of Karla McLaren’s Dynamic Emotional Integration®. In 2023 he published the book Logically Emotional (Bookboon), which invites managers to treat emotional skills as core leadership competencies rather than soft “nice-to-haves.”

“Emotions are not the enemy of logic. They are its deepest, most precise source.”
— Dariusz Klupi

This conviction — combined with deep work on Universal Human Needs and shadow integration — became the DNA of Partnerizer.

Our Mission

To equip builders of evolutionary organizations with practical tools for emotional awareness, needs literacy, and belief-system clarity so they can show up as true partners instead of just competent managers.

We are here to create:

  • More awareness
  • Less unnecessary drama in business and in life
  • Cultures where emotions become a source of intelligence, resilience, and innovation rather than hidden costs

What We Stand For

Emotions as allies, not obstacles

We don’t ask people to “leave emotions at the door.” We teach them to listen to what emotions are actually signaling — and turn that signal into clearer decisions, better relationships, and stronger results.

Partnership as a developmental capacity

True partnership is not a personality trait. It is a skill that can be cultivated — especially in environments moving beyond hierarchy.

Depth without fluff

Our approach is grounded in Karla McLaren’s Dynamic Emotional Integration®, established models of human needs, and decades of hands-on experience leading international IT teams. No pop-psychology. No gamification. Just precise, respectful, actionable work.

Designed for progressive organizations

Partnerizer is built specifically for people already working (or aspiring to work) in self-managing, Teal, or Holacratic contexts — where distributed authority only works when people have the inner capacity to handle it.

For IT Leaders & Project Managers

If you lead complex projects, distributed teams, or digital transformations, you already know:

  • Technical skills are table stakes.
  • The real bottlenecks are almost always human: unspoken tensions, emotional reactivity, misaligned needs, and the quiet cost of suppressed drama.

Partnerizer gives you and your teams a structured, repeatable way to:

  • Quickly surface what is emotionally alive (and why it matters)
  • Distinguish fresh signals from old triggers
  • Identify the real needs beneath surface conflicts
  • Convert emotional insight into concrete strategies you can negotiate and act on

Even without a full Teal or Agile transformation

You don’t need to be in the middle of an organizational redesign to benefit. Developing genuine partnership skills inside your current team structure — whatever it looks like today — still produces measurable operational gains: faster decisions, higher trust, less coordination friction, cleaner conflict resolution, and ultimately greater effectiveness and efficiency. Partnership is not an all-or-nothing destination reserved for self-managing organizations. It is a universal performance multiplier you can start using right now, in the team you already have.

The result? Higher engagement, better retention, fewer toxic conflicts, more creativity, and a culture of trust that actually supports agility and innovation — regardless of your current org chart.

The Bigger Picture

We are not building another generic emotional-intelligence app for the corporate masses.
We are creating a focused developmental platform for the people who are already trying to build healthier, more human, and more effective ways of organizing.

Because in the end, technology is easy.
People — and the quality of partnership between them — are the real frontier.

Because the organizations that will thrive in the coming decades are not the ones with the best tools — they are the ones whose people have learned to be fully human together.
