How we use consent
Necessary cookies that remember language and small UI preferences (for example Make LLM Ready and Coach Mode) run without a separate opt-in. Analytics technologies run only after you click “Accept analytics” on the banner. You can change your mind at any time:

First-party analytics events
If you accept analytics, the app buffers click/display counts in localStorage and periodically sends batched deltas to /api/track (at most once per 3 minutes while the page is open, plus on page leave). Only UI element names and counts are stored server-side (Redis aggregates on production). No check-in content, no user id.
How to control cookies
- Use “Manage cookie preferences” in the site footer.
- Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
- Rejecting analytics does not block the emotional check-in or other core features.
